Seasonal Campers

For all those campers who currently have their names on the waiting list for a 2020 Seasonal Campsite we will still be honouring this list for the 2021 Season.

If you wish to add you name to the waiting list, please email us your contact information and we would be more than happy to add you.

Future Campers

Over the next couple of weeks will be sending our current mailing list a link to our website showing the existing and future renovations to the Park. This link will include a plot plan which will highlight locations of the new and existing features as well as the types of lots and accommodations available.

CLOSED For The 2020 Season

TOWN NOTICE

RV Park and Camp Ground

Unfortunately the Deer Lake Municipal RV Park and Campground will not be open for the 2020 season. The Covid-19 Pandemic has caused delays with construction and uncertainty regarding the operations. Consequently, the decision has been made to remain closed for the 2020 season. Renovation of the Deer Lake Municipal RV Park and Campground will continue in preparing for the 2021 season.

Municipal Day Park (Humber Swimming Area)

Along with the Deer Lake RV Municipal Park and Campground the swimming area will also be closed due to the construction in the park. We will be working towards opening the swimming area as soon as there is a safe way to do so while continuing with the construction and entering the new Covid-19 normal.

Boating Area

The segment of the river between the swimming area and the island may also be closed during this time. There will be no through traffic and barriers will be in place enforcing compliance. Please watch for notices and be aware of this when on the water.

We would like to thank everyone for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause anyone. Ensuring that residents and campers remain safe while renovations continue is everyone’s number one priority. The Deer Lake Municipal RV Park and Campground website will be updated in the next couple weeks showing the existing and future renovations to the park. As you will see the future of the Deer Lake Municipal RV Park and Camp Ground is something to be excited about and will be worth the wait.

Dear Seasonal and Future Guests,

It is with deep regret that we are writing to inform you we will not be opening the Park this Summer. The Covid-19 Pandemic has delayed construction and left so much uncertainty for our business we have made the decision to close. During this closure, we will be continuing the renovation of the Park, preparing for the 2021 season.

For all those campers who currently have their names on the waiting list for a 2020 Seasonal Campsite we will still be honouring this list for the 2021 Season.

To our existing Seasonal Campers, if there are any belongings (decks, stairs etc.) that you are wishing to retrieve, please email us and we’ll make arrangements. You also have the option of leaving them in place if you are planning on returning next year.

We would like to thank everyone for staying with us last year and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this year’s closure has caused anyone. We are extremely excited for next season and will look forward to having you all back next year!
